These terms and conditions set forth the basic rules which apply to National Audio Systems Pty Ltd (also referred to as NAS for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions) website services, and may change in the future upon notice published on-line or otherwise provided by National Audio Systems Pty Ltd, and every user agrees to comply with them. If any of the terms or conditions of sale, services, system or pricing is unacceptable to any user, the user may terminate its account or stop using the services and the system. Changes to Service The services provided by National Audio Systems Pty Ltd are expected to change from time to time. National Audio Systems Pty Ltd reserves the right to change any service offered or the features of any service offered or its system without notice, including changes to access and use procedures. Commercial Products and Warranty All products are sold only under the manufacturers original warranty and no other warranty is available or applicable. National Audio Systems Pty Ltd is the distributor, not the maker of or otherwise responsible for any of such products. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability Use of National Audio Systems Pty Ltd services and system and the Internet in general is at user's sole risk. National Audio Systems Pty Ltd does not warrant that its services and system will be uninterrupted or error free; nor does National Audio Systems Pty Ltd make any warranty as to the results or information obtained from use of its service or system or the Internet in general. National Audio Systems Pty Ltd services and system are provided on an "as is," "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed except to the extent any warranty cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. Under no circumstances shall National Audio Systems Pty Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits. Product Warranty Policy All products except Bosch are warranted for one year from the date of original purchase from NAS to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. All Bosch products are warranted for 3 years from the original date of purchase. Any warranty offered by NAS excludes all wear parts such as gel cell and rechargeable batteries beyond a period of 3 months. Any warranty offered by NAS excludes failures due to adverse conditions such as salt and chlorine environments, effects of heat and perspiration, water, beer and alcohol and any other corrosive and/or abrasive agents. No guarantee or warranty is offered against radio, electrical or electro magnetic interference of any kind. In the event of defect or unlikely failure the product will be repaired without charge or replaced at our discretion. All returns must be authorised by NAS and all return freight charges will be at the purchasers expense. Freight back to the purchaser for all items, once repaired or replaced, will be covered by NAS. All warranty claims must be supported by invoice details including the date of purchase and the invoice number. Warranty is declared null and void in the event of unauthorised repair or modification, or any fault due to misuse or abuse. NAS will only warrant products purchased through them. Repairs of products not purchased through NAS will be charged at a standard rate and all freight charges in this instance will be borne by the customer of NAS. Terms & Conditions of Sale Authorised credit accounts are strictly 30 days from End of Month. Account holders not obliging to our credit terms may have all future credit facilities withdrawn and may also face legal proceedings for the collection of overdue accounts. NAS reserves the right to charge interest monthly on all overdue trading accounts at applicable interest rates. Any credit claims must be accompanied by a Return Authorisation (RA) number provided by NAS. Freight for items returned under warranty shall be borne by the account holder. All product returned for credit must be in original condition and packaging. In all cases a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, NAS reserves the right to charge this fee at their discretion. No guarantees are made against any RF interference. All purchases are at the buyers risk. All prices are correct at the time of printing and we will endeavour to hold to our printed price list. However we reserve the right to adjust our prices for reasons that are beyond our control such as exchange rate fluctuations or any other reason. Purchases will be charged GST on all items. All retail pricing shown is including GST and all retail pricing is recommended only and at the discretion of the authorised reselling dealer. NAS reserves the right to change any details contained herein without any further notice, including pricing. None of these Terms & Conditions may be construed as affecting any rights you have which cannot be modified or excluded by agreement. All goods received on any credit invoice or loan docket become the responsibility of the purchaser or borrower, however they remain the property of National Audio Systems Pty Ltd until all monies and applicable dues are received in full. Title and/or ownership may not pass until that time.
